This is an authentic reproduction by CCAA Glasgalerie Cologne (the original is to be found in the Museum für Angewandte Kunst, Köln, MAKK),

Pontil to base.
Marked underneath: 5131074 CCAA  1980

Height: 18 cm (approx. 7 inches).
Widest point: 10.5 cm (approx. 4  inches).
Weight: approx. 393 grams.

It is in good  condition.  Has been used as a vase and has limescale on the inside. This can probably be removed.
