An early 19th century Chinese Qing Dynasty porcelain rice bowl.
The blue and white (blue white) circular bowl has a lotus form painted in two concentric bands of petals around a central spiral with alternating lingzhy-fungus and fruiting peach. The exterior has a similar decoration.
(The lotus pattern was very popular in the 19th century. A similar pattern can be seen in porcelain pieces from the Tek Sing cargo.)
